June 21, 1962: Ferry County Logger Killed

INCHELIUM — John Butler, about 25, was killed yesterday when a snag fell on him while he was scaling logs near Wilmont Creek, the Boise Cascade Corp. said.

The accident happened about 25 miles from here. Boise Cascade has a mill at the site.
