The marriage of Miss Bessie Mae Parker, Atlanta, to Dr. Jesse Homer Hendry, formerly of Atlanta but now Inchelium, took place yesterday at high noon in the Davenport hotel bridal suite. The Rev. J. Newton Garst, pastor of the First Baptist Church here, read the marriage service.
The bride, who has been teaching in Atlanta, arrived here Wednesday evening. Dr. Henry, who is in the government service, has been in the northwest but three months. He is a physician on the Indian reservation at Inchelium. Dr. and Mrs. Hendry were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Archie Liggett last evening. They are leaving today for Inchelium.
