JUNE 15, 1928: Her name fits place as Indians' secretary
Florence Quill is one of the leading women of the Colville Indian tribe which is celebrating the spring festival at Inchelium this week. She is secretary of the Federation of Vanishing Americans and president of the Eagle Feather club of Indian women, organized yesterday.
