JUNE 11, 1928: Leader of Indians at six-day celebration



Peter Noyes is the recognized leader of the 5,000 Indians of the Colville reservation. He is shown in the above picture with Mrs. Noyes and their two children at Inchelium, where they are attending the six-day Indian celebration.
