"Found this old old photo of an elder over at Marcus. Frank Palmer was a photographer in the Spokane area in the early 20th century. He took a lot of iconic photos of all the tribes in the area. This is one I hadn't seen before. Unfortunately, she's not identified. Just thought I'd share."
