INCHELIUM (AP) - Skin divers from Colville searched the waters of North Twin Lake today for John Simpson, 37, a Colville Indian who drowned yesterday when a small rowboat swamped.
Reservation police were told that the 12-foot aluminum boat apparently was overloaded when Simpson, three other men and a girl crowded aboard. The four others were pulled from the water by passing boats but Simpson sank, officers said.
