Charles Bourgeau of Inchelium was examined by an insanity commission composed of Doctors J.W. Henderson and R.S. Wells on Wednesday. Judge C.H. Neal of Okanogan was in the city and the matter was tried before him, thus disposing of the matter here instead of at Republic. Bourgeau is a United States government ward, and expenses of the hearing are borne by the government.
