Will play "stick game"

Parade of Aborigines to take place each day — speeches scheduled

INCHELIUM - With $1,000 to be distributed in prizes Inchelium will on July 3, 4, 5 and 6 stage a great Indian celebration which is expected to eclipse that of lat year, when thousands of people were expected at the grounds daily.

A feature of the daily program will be a stick game between the different Indian tribes. On July 3 the Spokane Indians will play the Inchelium Indians; on July 4 the Flatheads will meet the winners of the first day's match, and on the following day the Coeur d'Alenes and Flatheads will play. On the final day the Spokanes, Okanogans, Flatheads and Coeur d'Alenes and Colvilles will be matched against each other.

The opening feature of the program each day is an Indian parade in which at least 1,000 red men are expected to take part. The celebration is in charge of a committee composed of C.W. Lawson, Indian farmer, who is in charge of the races, and R.R. Coleman and Walter Johnson.

An auto stage will make two daily trips from Addy to Inchelium, meeting all trains.

Numbers on the sports program include ball games, horse races and races for men and women. A number of interesting speakers will be heard in the afternoons and in the evening there will be an Indian war dance and a Red Cross dance in the big hall.
