SPOKANE - A man charged with murder, assault and robbery was apprehended yesterday by Spokane police hours after he escaped from Eastern Washington State Hospital at Medical Lake, police said.
Larry G. Lemery, 29, of Inchelium, has been charged with the shooting death of a Colville Indian reservation policeman and wounding another.
