INCHELIUM, June 24 - Plans are under way for the second annual Ceeah Spatakum September 4, 5 and 6. The officers and supervisors of the last year were reelected. The appointments of Mrs. Joe Schill, garden supervisor, and Mrs. Jerome Quill, supervisor of Indian art and curios, were made to replace Mrs. Fred Putnam and Mrs. Isaac Stensgar.
Ole Kopsland was elected to supervise the amusement program, which will be revised by having old-time, novelty, original and other odd races, instead of the rodeo.
