Three women died in a collision on Interstate 90 near the Washington-Idaho border late last night, ending a Memorial Day weekend in which 16 persons were killed in highway accidents in Washington State.
The victims were identified by State Patrol as Helen B. Ferguson, 35, the driver of one car, and Mary Wong, 72, and Lena Laramie, 55, both passengers of the Ferguson vehicle. All were residents of Inchelium.
