In nuptial services in the Church of Christ in Corinth, Miss., Saturday, June 11, Miss Eunice Aurelia Clark, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Cress of Kewa became the bride of Charles Rushing, son of Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Rushing of Burnsville, Miss., in a double-ring twilight ceremony. "I love you truly" and "The Lord's prayer" were sung by A/1c Charles M. Clark, brother of the bride, of Fort Bragg, N.C.
The bride given in marriage by her brother, William M. Clark of Spokane, were grown of ice blue nylon lace over satin of the same shade of with harmonizing accessories and wore a corsage of white carnations and carried a white Bible.
The wedding ceremony was followed by a reception in the plantation home of the bridegroom's parents where the punch table was graced by a large wedding cake baked and decorated by an aunt of the groom. It was covered with white icing, trimmed with tiny blue and yellow confectioner's roses and was topped by a miniature bride and groom.
The bride attended senior high in Colville and was graduated from Lewis and Clark High School of Spokane this year.
