April 18, 1931: Inchelium man arrested


-Delbert Reed sold rum to Indian

COLVILLE - Delbert Reed, Inchelium, was arrested there yesterday by Deputy United States Marshal A.C. Sibley and Federal Prohibition Agent Howard Friar, Spokane, accused of selling two pints of moonshine to an Indian. He was held to federal district court and bond was set at $2,500. At the same time Martin Louie and Moses Aleck were arrested on charges of moonshine possession. They also were held to federal court and their bonds fixed at $50 each.
