The Colville Indians from all parts of the reservation will meet in council at Inchelium on Saturday, Feb. 28. The main object of this meeting is to ratify the action of Chief James Bernard and their attorney W. Lon Johnson in their business transactions between the tribe and the department of Indian Affairs in Washington, D.C.
