Rosary services for Russell A. "Rusty" Finley, 52, will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Michael's Mission Hall in Inchelium. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Inchelium Community Center. Burial will be at the Hall Creek Cemetery in Inchelium. Danekas Funeral Chapter in Colville is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Finley died Sunday.
He was born in Inchelium and graduated from Inchelium High School.
He moved to Seattle and worked for the Boeing Company and built cabinets for a custom furniture store.
In 1967, he married Karla Seastrom in Kewa, Wash., and they made their home in Inchelium.
Mr. Finley also worked as a building inspector and in the planning department for the Colville Confederated Tribes. He was a member of the tribes.
Survivors include a son, Russell Finley, and a daughter, Jeannette Finley, both of Inchelium; three sisters, Jackie and Sharey Finley, and Debbie Finley-Justus, all of Inchelium; and five brothers, Daniel, Terrence, Randy, David and Chuck Finley, all of Inchelium.
