Inchelium 71, Curlew 50
The Hornets (8-10, 6-8) clinched the fourth and final playoff spot in the Panorama North Division as Crystal Stensgar scored 23 points to lead Inchelium past the visiting Cougars (5-13, 4-10).
Stensgar and Bonnie Boyd (10 points) had 10 rebounds a piece and Tanna Finley had 12 points six assists for Inchelium. Also scoring 12 were Gloria Finley and Bobbie Mollenberg.
Johanna Paul hit five three-pointers for Curlew.
Boys basketball
Curlew 95, Inchelium 60
Gunner Olson scored a game-high 29 points and Erich Prazak added 24 to lead the second-ranked Cougars (16-3, 12-3) over the host Hornets (6-12, 5-10).
Curlew plays Republic tonight for the North Division title.
Inchelium eighth-grader Jacolby Simpson finished with 19 points, 10 rebounds and six assists.
