-After three months pair wanted in connection with shooting caught
COLVILLE - More than three months after Robert Sizemore, Inchelium pioneer, was fatally wounded by Victor Dupuis, Indian reservation policeman at the Inchelium dance hall, two men were arrested Tuesday on the reservation in connection with the affray on charges involving prohibition laws, it became known here late yesterday afternoon.
They are George LaFleur and Albert McClung and are said to have disappeared after Sizemore was shot Christmas eve. Officers have been on the lookout for them ever since. The arrest was made by Deputy United States Marshal S.C. Sibley, Dupuis and Deputy Sheriff Oscar Olson.
They were arraigned before U.S. Commissioner H.H. McCulloch on charges of violation of the federal prohibition laws and were bound over to federal court, McClung under $1,000 bond and LaFleur under bond of $500.
Sizemore died the night of the shooting and Dupuis was exonerated some time later at a hearing before District Attorney Ray Fox as having fired in line of duty.
