April 21, 1926: Inchelium plans big celebration

A four-day Fourth of July celebration will be held here, according to plans outlined by the commercial club. Fred Reynolds has been named to manage the affair.

The Inchelium baseball team defeated the Addy team, 6-5, in a game played on the Inchelium diamond Sunday. Next Sunday the local team will meet the Kettle Falls team at Kettle Falls as part of the blossom festival to be held there.

G.N. Ferris, Spokane mining man, with J.P. Reed, a local miner, has spent several days here investigating claims in this vicinity.
