J.W. Bartlett of Inchelium while in town Sunday let fall a bit of information that may be of interest to people in this vicinity. It was to the effect that he had traded the Covada townsite to some Spokane parties for a five-acre tract of land just outside the city limits of Spokane, improved with fruit trees that have reached the full bearing age. We understand it was an even trade and that the new townsite company will go ahead with the original plans and improve as fast as possible.
