For failure to maintain the liability and property damage insurance required by law, the passenger and freight certificate of Charles Holford, operating a stage line between Addy and Inchelium in Stevens County, has just been cancelled by the state department of public works. Holford, it was shown, was once previously warned to keep the insurance in effect.
