Three days of hunting in the southern half of the Colville Reservation last week brought the limit bags to Attorney Seabury Merritt and Perry Tull of the Tull & Gibbs company. The hunters brought back 30 prairie chickens.
"We hunted up Hall Creek to a point near Covada and found the birds quite plentiful," said Mr. Merritt. "We each shot five a day, all the law allows. We crossed the river at Inchelium going in and ferried at Daisy on the return."
